Return Policy
Purchases are usually returnable within 30 days of purchase.
Accept for the following:
**Discontinued or Special Orders or Altered or Damaged Canes are NOT returnable**
Return Procedure:
A. Email or call for a return goods number
B. Reason for the return
C. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
(COD or Freight Collect will be refused).
D. The return goods number must be visible on the outside of the shipping carton.
No refund will be granted if these procedures are not followed or if the cane sale is over 30 days.
